Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is thirty days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (maglassX GmbH, Spagl-Str. 2, 94116 Hutthurm, Germany, info@silwy.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for which the consumer's individual choice or specification is decisive for their production, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g., personalized products).
Please note that items in the "Second Choice" category as well as clearance items are excluded from exchange and withdrawal. These products are explicitly marked as such and offered at reduced prices. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies in accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 BGB for goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature or that represent significantly reduced individual pieces. We ask for your understanding.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of revocation of this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed upon with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Special Notes
If you finance this contract through a loan and later revoke it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly assumed when we are simultaneously your lender or when your lender relies on our involvement for the financing. If the loan has already been disbursed to us at the time the revocation becomes effective, your lender will assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you regarding the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if this contract pertains to the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, currencies, or derivatives).
If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as much as possible, exercise your right of withdrawal and also revoke the loan agreement if you have a right of withdrawal for that as well.
